Microcontroller based delay off timer specifically designed for high pressure wash applications. Can be configured for either remote pushbutton operation or for auto start operation of a wash system. Using remotely mounted standard momentary normally open pushbuttons the MTODX20 timer provides timed shutdown operation. Separate inputs for start and stop buttons as well as a flow switch. The flow switch input is debounced to ignore momentary closures and also will disable the start of the timer output if it is asserted before the start is initiated. Additional inputs and outputs allow for control of two chemicals all by remote pushbuttons. Delay off time can be set from 1 to 7 minutes in 1 minute increments plus an additonal 30 second setting. Auto start operation requires two pressure switches and can be configure with a remote emergency stop button. Special terminal allow for easy connection to ProSafe II on HWG40 or HWG20 heaters for expanded functions. Circuit board style is typically installed in an enclosure.
